DREAM IT BIGGER provides sports event management, corporate sports tournaments, inter-corporate competitions, sports days, tournament registrations, event planning, jerseys, trophies, and related sports products and services.

Our website allows individuals, teams, companies, and organizations to explore our services, register for events, submit enquiries, and make eligible online payments.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using our website, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
The information you provide during registration, booking, or purchase is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to register a team or organisation on its behalf, where applicable.
You will not misuse our website, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

3. Tournament Registration

Registration is considered confirmed only after the applicable registration requirements have been fulfilled and payment confirmation has been received, where payment is required.
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee participation until confirmation is issued.
Participants must provide accurate team, company, captain, and contact details.
DREAMITBIGGER may reject duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or ineligible registrations.
Teams and participants must follow the event schedule, code of conduct, safety instructions, and competition rules.
Tournament formats, venues, schedules, prizes, and other operational details may be modified when reasonably necessary.

Any event-specific terms displayed during registration will apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions. If an event-specific term conflicts with these general terms, the event-specific term will govern that particular event to the extent stated.

4. Event Changes, Postponement and Cancellation

DREAMITBIGGER makes reasonable efforts to conduct events as announced. However, circumstances such as venue unavailability, weather, safety concerns, operational difficulties, insufficient participation, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require an event to be rescheduled, relocated, postponed, or cancelled.

Where an event changes or is cancelled, we will communicate the available arrangements to registered participants using the contact details provided.

Depending on the circumstances and the applicable event policy, available arrangements may include rescheduling, transferring a registration, issuing a credit, or providing a refund where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the applicable event policy, the stage of preparation, and applicable law.

Participant cancellation: If a participant or team withdraws voluntarily, refund eligibility will be determined by the refund policy disclosed for that event.
No-refund events: Where an event is expressly advertised as non-refundable before payment, voluntary cancellations or withdrawals will generally not qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances.
Event postponement: Registrations may be transferred to a rescheduled date or handled according to the event-specific policy communicated to participants.
Event cancellation by DREAMITBIGGER: Where DREAMITBIGGER cancels an event without providing the advertised service, the available refund or alternative remedy will be communicated to affected customers in accordance with applicable law.
Duplicate or erroneous payments: Customers should contact us with the transaction details so the payment can be investigated and any eligible refund processed.
Product orders: Cancellation and refund eligibility for jerseys, trophies, and other products depends on the order's production, customization, dispatch, and delivery status, as well as applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where possible. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your registration or order reference, payment details, and reason for the request.

6. Pricing, GST and Online Payments

Prices, registration fees, product charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed or communicated before payment.

Applicable GST and other legally required charges will be collected according to the tax treatment of the relevant product or service.
Where a displayed price excludes GST, the applicable tax will be communicated before the customer completes the purchase.
Where a displayed price includes GST, the total price will be presented accordingly.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the final payable amount before authorising payment.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment provider made available on our website.
Payment processing is subject to the payment provider's terms, security checks, and availability.
A payment receipt or transaction confirmation does not necessarily constitute a GST tax invoice.

Customers must not share their passwords, OTPs, PINs, or other confidential payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent DREAMITBIGGER.

7. Jersey, Trophy and Other Product Orders

Orders for jerseys, trophies, sports merchandise, and related products are subject to availability, product specifications, pricing, and the delivery terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Customers must verify sizes, quantities, colours, names, logos, spellings, and other customisation details before confirming an order.
Customised products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Delivery estimates are indicative unless a specific delivery commitment is confirmed.
Customers should report damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items promptly, providing supporting details where reasonably requested.

Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that apply under Indian law.

8. Event Participation, Safety and Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow players, officials, organisers, venue staff, sponsors, and spectators.

DREAMITBIGGER may take reasonable action against misconduct, cheating, harassment, violence, abuse, deliberate damage, or violations of tournament rules.

Depending on the seriousness of the incident, this may include warnings, removal from an event, disqualification, or other action consistent with the published rules and applicable law.

Participants are responsible for assessing their fitness to participate and informing the organisers of relevant participation requirements where appropriate. Organisers will communicate applicable safety instructions and emergency procedures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Prizes, Awards and Results

Prize details, eligibility, scoring methods, tie-breakers, and award conditions will be communicated through the relevant event rules or announcements.

Prizes are subject to the published conditions and verification of results. Any applicable tax deductions or reporting requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

DREAMITBIGGER may correct leaderboard errors, scoring discrepancies, or results affected by a verified rules violation.

10. Intellectual Property

The DREAMITBIGGER name, logo, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, and original materials are owned by or used with permission by the relevant rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our protected materials without prior permission, except as permitted by law.

Company logos, trademarks, and materials supplied by customers remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to supply materials for printing, branding, or promotional use.

11. Photography, Video and Event Media

DREAMITBIGGER may photograph or record events for operational, reporting, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any required permissions.
