This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to registrations, event bookings, sports tournaments, corporate events, sponsorships, products, and services offered through the DREAMITBIGGER website.

DREAMITBIGGER provides sports event management, corporate tournaments, sports equipment, jerseys, trophies, and related services.

By making a booking or payment through our website, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Sports Tournament Registration

  1. Participants and teams must complete the registration process and pay the applicable registration fee within the specified deadline.

  2. Registration fees are generally non-refundable once the registration has been confirmed.

  3. Participants should review the event details, eligibility requirements, schedules, rules and regulations and registration fees before making payment.

  4. Requests to cancel a registration must be submitted in writing to our official contact email.

  5. Refund requests will be reviewed according to the applicable event rules and the circumstances of the request.

Cancellation by Participants

If a participant or team wishes to withdraw from a tournament after registration, the registration fee will generally not be refunded.

Exceptions may be considered where required by applicable law or where DREAMITBIGGER expressly approves a refund under the applicable event policy.

A participant's failure to attend an event, late arrival, withdrawal from a match, or inability to participate will not automatically qualify for a refund.

Cancellation or Postponement by DREAM IT BIGGER

DREAMITBIGGER reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances including:

  1. Weather conditions or natural disasters.

  2. Venue unavailability.

  3. Government restrictions or safety concerns.

  4. Insufficient participation.

  5. Operational difficulties or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If DREAMITBIGGER cancels an event and does not offer an alternative arrangement, eligible participants will be informed of the available refund or alternative options.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registered participants may be offered the option to participate on the revised date or another appropriate resolution, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.

Jersey, Trophy, and Sports Equipment Orders

  1. Customers should verify product specifications, sizes, quantities, designs, and delivery details before confirming an order.

  2. Customized jerseys, personalized products, trophies, and made-to-order items are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

  3. Customers must report damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products within a reasonable period after delivery and provide supporting photographs or other relevant information.

  4. Eligible cases will be reviewed for replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

  5. Returns of non-customized products, where offered, will be subject to the applicable product-specific return conditions.

Corporate Events and Service Bookings

For corporate sports days, annual days, tournaments, event management, decoration, and other customized services:

  1. An advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

  2. The applicable quotation or service agreement will specify the payment schedule and cancellation terms.

  3. Once procurement, customization, venue booking, or other work has commenced, cancellation charges may apply based on work completed and costs reasonably incurred, subject to the agreed contract and applicable law.

  4. Any eligible refund will be calculated after reviewing the work completed, expenses incurred, and contractual obligations.

Sponsorship Payments

Sponsorship payments are governed by the relevant sponsorship proposal, agreement, and event deliverables.

If an event is cancelled or sponsorship deliverables cannot be provided, DREAMITBIGGER and the sponsor will discuss an appropriate resolution in accordance with their agreement and applicable law.

Policy Updates

DREAMITBIGGER may update this policy when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.
