1. Agreement of Conditions
You agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms & Conditions by accessing and using our website, signing up for events, or participating in any of our leagues, tournaments, or training programs.
2. Offered Services
We offer:
– Corporate sports leagues (cricket, football, badminton, etc.)
– Programs and academies of sporting training
For corporate firms, event management and tournament organization is offered.
Availability of all services is contingent; they are subject to change without advance notice.
3. Enrollment and Participation
All participants have to provide exact and full data.
Only following complete payment is registration confirmed.
Participants must meet eligibility standards (age, corporate affiliation, etc.).
The planner has the power to accept or reject any registration.
4. Payment Conditions
All dues must be paid by the deadline given.
Payments once made are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the event.
Registrations will be transferred forward to the rescheduled date should an event be postponed.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participant withdrawal after registration is not refundable.
If the event is called off as a result of unanticipated events, the organizer has change the alternate venue date and it will be informed 30-days before.
Unless the event is formally canceled, weather or outside conditions won’t ensure refunds.
6. Conduct Code
Participants must show sportsmanship and self-control at every point.
Immediate disqualification results from any kind of misbehavior, abuse, or rule infringement.
The event planner has the power to ban participants or groups for unacceptable conduct.
7. Responsibility Exclusion
Participating in sports carries some risk of injury. Participants understand that they participate at their own risk.
Dream It Bigger is not accountable for:
Accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property
Any damages resulting from the incident
8. Promotion and Media Rights
Participating allows the use of images, films, and recordings for marketing needs (website, social media).
No payment and no copyrights will be given for such use.
9. Event Decisions and Regulations
Every match and event will be held in accordance with the formal rules established by the organizers.
The rulings of an umpire or referee are binding and final.
Should needed, the organizer has the right to alter regulations.
10. Rights to Intellectual Property
All content on this website—logos, graphics, text, images—is owned by Dream It Bigger.
Strictly forbidden is unauthorized use or reproduction.
11. Policy on Privacy
Gathered personal data will be utilized just for event management, registration, and communication.
Without authorization, we neither sell nor distribute your information with outside parties.
12. Force major
Events beyond our control that cause delays or cancellations include:
• Geological events
• Government limitations
• Pandemics
• Venue problems
13. Terms modifications
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continuing use of the website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
•Executive Committee Limits (Section 4): Restricts the committee to a maximum of 15 members.
•Athlete Representation: Mandates that at least two sportspersons of outstanding merit and two members from the Athletes Committee must be on the Executive Committee.
•Gender Parity: Requires at least four women members (or approximately 30% representation) in the governing bodies.
•Age and Tenure: Age Cap: Maximum age for office bearers is 70 years.
•Public Authority: All recognized sports bodies are now considered “Public Authorities” under the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005, ensuring financial and administrative transparency.
