WINFORALL
An unique tournament format where three playoffs occur within a single tournament, making every participating team a winner in some sense. This structure was first introduced by Dream It Bigger in Tamil Nadu under the “WINFORALL” concept, which deviates from traditional league or knockout tournaments.
In a conventional league-cum-knockout format, only the top teams from a league stage qualify for the next knockout round. However, in the Winner All platform, all teams that participate advance to the next round, regardless of their performance in the league stage. This approach ensures continuous competition and engagement for every team involved.
For example 24 teams, involving in a Tournament divided into eight groups, each containing three teams. During the group stage, each team plays a minimum of two league matches. The key twist is that even the teams that lose in the group stage qualify for the knockout stage, which is a departure from standard tournament elimination rules.
“WINFORALL” format : A tournament design where all teams proceed to the knockout stage, eliminating early exits and promoting continuous play.
Three playoffs in one tournament: Instead of a single playoff, the tournament integrates multiple playoff rounds, increasing competitive opportunities.
Group stage structure:
24 teams divided into 8 groups of 3 teams each.
Each team plays at least 2 matches in the group stage.
Elimination twist: Losing teams in the group stage still qualify for the knockout round, ensuring no team is eliminated early.
This format encourages greater participation and engagement from all teams and fans throughout the tournament.
